What do you mean it is a flat fee of $1.90?

It means that even if a call with a client stretches on for an hour, it only costs you that flat rate of $1.90. Even better, calls that our receptionists solve within 30 seconds are of no charge to you.

What happens after your receptionist answers a call?

As soon as we finish the call with your customer we will immediately send you a message in SMS / Email or even to your designated WhatsApp group with the job or ticket information we will add emails and notes according to your requirements. Because we know every call is money for your buisness we will not Not only send you the ticket, we will make sure you receive it and text or call you in case you don’t respond.

How and when do you process payment?

When opening your account you will have a secure payment method to use your credit card / debit card. you will be able to select a minimum amount you will have in your account as low as 20$ . Our customized system will recognize all your calls that cross the 20 seconds and will automatically charge your card every time you will reach the minimum amount you selected.

What languages do your professionally trained and multilingual receptionists speak?

Our receptionists are completely fluent in both English and Spanish to be able to communicate with as many of your customers as possible.
